Inter-company training with newly founded association

RJ Lasertechnik continues to provide vocational training with added value and is involved in the newly founded training association TIAF.
RJ Lasertechnik GmbH has been involved in in-company vocational training for many years. Until now, this project has been organized by BANG, the vocational training network in the industrial sector. The idea behind it is to add a supplement to the dual training system in the form of inter-company training. The result is a trial training system.
The Aachen group has separated from the BANG network, but the concept remains in place and is being continued by the new training association TIAF-AC.
RJ Lasertechnik continues to be involved in this initiative, enabling the company's apprentices to receive vocational training with added value. The current TIAF flyer can be downloaded >> here <<.
