Standard solutions are often not sufficient for specific machining tasks. We have been developing and manufacturing individual processing concepts for series production in the field of laser system construction for over 30 years.
Our range of services in laser system construction is based on a careful analysis of objectives and requirements, the creation of a comprehensive specification sheet and the development of a well-founded system concept.
The design data is created using state-of-the-art 3D CAD software such as Inventor and SpaceClaim. In the realization of our laser systems, we rely exclusively on proven components from well-known manufacturers. We prepare detailed documentation including CE conformity and risk analysis. We also take care of commissioning and train the machine operators directly on site.
